My nose wasn't severely wide, but I was bothered by the tip looking wide, so I had surgery. It's improved a lot now, and I think that's thanks to the round tip and the lower columella. A rounder nose looks a little more like it belongs on me than a straight nose.... I had been thinking about alar reduction, but they said that if the tip is well defined, the feeling of width can still be improved without it, so I didn't do it. If I had, I think it would have become too slim and a little unnatural(?) (Important) It's not like I look like a completely different person or anything. But the overall proportions of my face feel more neat than before, and the arrangement feels more balanced... The side profile is an exception. It is clearly different, yes... The clinic didn't push sales much, and there were two directors for the nose, I think. Both seemed to have a lot of bookings, and they said there would be a wait no matter who I chose, so I just booked with the director I wanted, who would make it a little more glamorous. The result is not bad. Not bad at all~
