I had a hump too, and the tip of my nose curved downward in a round shape, so it kept bothering me overall and I kept getting nose fillers. But as the filler dissolved and my nose returned to the way it originally was, it was inconvenient, and I had also heard a lot of negative things about fillers, so from that point I thought I should get surgery.
I got consultations at several places, and among them Director Kim at Ruho said during the consultation that going with a straight line would look natural, and it seemed to match my needs the best, so I ended up choosing Ruho.
For the nose tip, they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and now it has been about 2 weeks.. I was really struggling the whole time, worrying about what if something went wrong, but now the tip looks more defined than before while still keeping a rounded feel.
The hump has also been smoothed out, so when seen from the side the line has definitely become cleaner, and I was also worried about the nostrils looking upturned, but even from the front it looks natural.
The tip is still a little hard and there is some residual swelling, but they said it will loosen with time, so I am waiting. Compared with when I was getting fillers, the whole line is different.
I will post more about the progress once the swelling goes down more.
