I went in for a consultation because my right eye had been reconstructed at the inner corner and my left eye had a sunken scar. At the time, the cost for one eye with laser and both eyes was the same. When I said it was 3 months since the reconstruction on the right side, they said treatment was possible.
But after the procedure, the right inner-corner reconstruction completely opened up and became shiny scar tissue. On the left eye, they carved it into a square, like diced radish cubes, starting from the two indented lines, so it changed into something that looked like a sunken area under the eye and became shiny. (I did not even know they were shaving skin.)
It got worse every session, so I took photos and showed them, but they would not answer and kept doing the procedure. I had been saying this since the second and third sessions. When I kept insisting that it was getting worse, they set up a one-on-one consultation, but the hospital progress photos they showed were so low-quality that the scars could not even be identified, so there was basically no way to compare them while looking. They said they had thought I would like the treatment result... Then they argued that the photos I showed could differ depending on the lighting.
At the next session I showed them photos taken under the same lighting and said there was a problem, but instead of admitting fault or apologizing, they said, 'So what would you like us to do?' What was truly absurd was that they themselves had said they would try treating it and that two sessions would fix it. The inner-corner reconstruction site had all its buried sutures come apart, and the eye structure had collapsed, which cannot be solved unless it is reconstructed again, yet they were saying to try treatment twice without catching that. In any case, I did not continue treatment here. After the procedure, my level of difficulty in life changed.. I really regret it.
