Silicone removal, visible nasal cartilage

When I was twenty, I went to get double eyelid surgery without really knowing anything, and while I was at it I had my nose done too too (the biggest mistake of my life..). I used silicone to raise it, but because the crookedness of my nose was a bit more noticeable, I had always thought I should take it out~. Then this January I started a new job, so with some free time I had the silicone removed, and in the process of filling the height difference with ear cartilage, the tip of my nose got higher? The hospital said, "While removing the silicone, this part is a revision surgery in which the height difference between the bridge and the tip is adjusted with ear cartilage. After surgery, the tip height rises, and depending on post-op habits or skin thickness, the cartilage at the tip can become visible or the tip can look more pronounced for each person." Anyway, I wanted to stop touching my nose any further, so I had the silicone removed, but then they say it could become flatter again...? That scared me. Back then I paid around 800,000 won or 1.1 million won to have it removed too (at the hospital where I had the first surgery). And now they say the cartilage is showing, so I need to add dermis, but that would cost another 550,000 won... What I don't understand from the start is, can't they just finish it properly the first time? T_T Opening the nose once is not just something you open and close in a snap, and there are stitches, incision scars, a splint, and so many things to worry about. Anyway, if I'm going to pay money and do this again, I wanted to ask everyone whether this is really cartilage visibility severe enough to need dermis, and whether adding dermis is really the best option... Honestly, is the nose supposed to keep getting opened and closed like this? T_T On top of that, I work in HR, so I meet people every day and have to report to seniors, so if I do this again, won't I have to keep worrying about it for 10 days to at least a month?; But the hospital was saying that if I don't pay the 550,000 won, they can't do the surgery. Even if they did it for free, I'd be hesitant to lie down for it; I'm already irritated that this would be the third time opening it in less than 6 months, and they're just saying, 'Then think about it and contact us.' Ugh............... Anyway, is it showing a lot? T_T And if they don't add dermis, can't they just shave the cartilage down? The problem from the start is that they raised the cartilage too high. For reference, everyone around me keeps asking why my nose looks like this... sigh
