I just had a consultation at [Clinic A]. I’m going to remove the silicone, fill the step-off with ear dermis, and shave the tip down a little. The silicone is 4 mm, and the tip is higher than that. Would autologous dermis be safe? I’ve had silicone inflammation before, but it goes down when I take antibiotics T_T 1. Is [Clinic A] okay? Are there any people who had surgery like mine? 2. If anyone has had autologous dermis, please let me know T_T And I’d also appreciate any other advice. My level is low, so it’s hard for me to even read other comments or posts, so I wrote this!! My first surgery was ear cartilage and Gore-Tex; my second surgery was autologous costal cartilage and silicone.
