I had the silicone removed because of contracture.....but I really have no confidence living with this nose, so I’m considering revision surgeryㅠ It’s been about a year since the removalㅠ I think I can have nose revision surgery now, so I’m looking into hospitals and materials, but I heard that if you use silicone in a nose that had contracture, contracture will come againㅠ I’m gathering information from people who have had contracture-nose surgery.....Has anyone tried AlloDerm? MegaDerm? I’m thinking of autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
