I had the silicone removed because of contracture.....but I really have no confidence living with this nose, so I’m considering revision surgery It’s been about a year since the removal I think I can have nose revision surgery now, so I’m looking into hospitals and materials, but I heard that if you use silicone in a nose that had contracture, contracture will come again I’m gathering information from people who have had contracture-nose surgery.....Has anyone tried AlloDerm? MegaDerm? I’m thinking of autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip.
