The director was easygoing and kind. I asked a lot of questions, but they answered everything, and the consultation atmosphere was comfortable. There was no pressure, and they didn't push things I didn't need, which I liked. The aftercare was especially good. I go in every month to check my progress, and among the people around me who had nose surgery, it feels like I'm the one who has kept going to the clinic the most, for the longest. I had a lot of anxiety after the surgery, but getting checked every month put me at ease.
