I visited the clinic, had a CT scan, and then the consultation. They kindly explained the problems they found and how the surgery would be performed. Since this was a revision of a revision and my original bridge was fairly high, they said silicone could not be used. They recommended a plan using autologous costal cartilage for the tip, septal extension, and ear cartilage grafting for the alar area. They only do one surgery per day, and the cost is a bit high, but they seem to provide good aftercare. It seems like they are good at contracted noses and short noses, and they seem to handle difficult noses well.
