Review of High-End Clinic

At first, I had three main concerns about my face, and the main one was nose revision surgery~ Next were 2. facial liposuction 3. drooping eyelids (double eyelid revision). So since it was a place famous for nose revision, and the director also said they do liposuction too, I figured if I was going to have surgery anyway, I might as well do the nose and liposuction together~ and added all three items to my consultation list. As soon as I walked into the clinic, I could feel the director's own history and style in the space. The staff member helped me well with filling out the chart and guided me through the photo and CT scan smoothly, and was kind. After waiting a bit, I first had a consultation with the manager. I was told there were three managers in total here, and fortunately the manager assigned to me was kind. I was surprised that the manager's consultation was not short and brief as I had expected. The manager looked at my CT images and told me that my septum was also deviated, and checked the condition of my nose so thoroughly that I thought, can a consultation manager really go this far? Is this something a consultation manager can even cover? They said that because my previous nose surgery had been done so neatly, the inside was clean except for a bit of calcification~ haha. When I asked, they said they had worked in the operating room, so even on matters a doctor would usually explain, they explained things very well. When I showed photos and said I wanted a more dramatic nose design, they said that would suit my face well. What I liked most while talking with the manager was that, beyond the functional and aesthetic consultation being good, the manager asked questions first and listened patiently while I answered, and even the pace of conversation was perfect. [After finishing the consultation with the manager, the consultation with the director began] The director looks exactly like in the YouTube videos~ handsome, with a warm appearance and a certain charisma too~ If I get surgery, I feel like he would be sweet and even more meticulous haha. While looking at the model nose during the consultation, the director explained structurally how the surgery would be performed internally, and I could feel the logical explanation and professionalism. I could feel the know-how from having handled many nose revision cases, and the autologous costal cartilage surgery was different from other clinics from the harvesting process to the way it would be used. He explained in detail how the autologous rib cartilage would be harvested and where it would be used. When I showed photos of the nose shape I wanted, he said he could reflect my desired aesthetic needs too (a straight line profile, with the bridge straight, rising from below the glabella, and a rounded, dramatic tip). When I said I wanted a Sejeong-style columella, he said that was possible. I had been told to avoid clinics that say everything is possible, but the confidence came across clearly and went straight into my ears~ He also picked up the areas I wanted for liposuction well, and for the eyelids, he said that because the skin was a little saggy, it could be corrected with an incision under the eyebrow (I can't remember the exact procedure name) into a semi-out line. I planned to do the eye surgery next spring, and since this would really be my very last surgery, I was not planning to ask about it.. But when I asked the manager, they said there was aftercare / swelling injections + swelling laser. In the end, I set the surgery date, paid the deposit, and left. My heavy body felt much lighter.
