I waited 20 minutes because they were in surgery, then had a consultation with the director. Since I had already had facial contouring + liposuction + deep-plane surgery, the sagging under the face was severe, so they said the problem area could not be treated with liposuction and that a lift would be needed later. I was told the surgery was not possible, and there was no consultation fee. They definitely seemed to take a conservative approach and not do anything unless there would be a big effect, which I actually liked more.
