I consulted about scar tissue and scars, and the appointment was scheduled right away without much difficulty. The staff at the front who say they are here to guide you weren't especially rude, but they weren't friendly either. I'd say they were expressionless? It was a bit uncomfortable. I had a consultation directly with the director. He seemed a bit older, and from the start he mentioned stem cells. He took a few photos, printed them out, and compared both sides while explaining things as we went along. The doctor came in and said they would soften the scar tissue with stem cells after taking fat from the hip, then take fat from the abdomen and fill the depressed areas with stem cells, and finally refine everything with a laser. But there was no explanation of what mechanism is supposed to soften the scar tissue with stem cells. It felt like they were just pushing stem cells, so I am putting it on hold for now.
