I live outside Seoul and am looking into revision surgery. Please recommend hospitals in Seoul that are known for revision surgery I regret having my first surgery outside Seoul for no reason If only I had known this community first For my eyes, do I need to have a consultation to know whether it should be double-line lowering or excision?
