Is columella retraction after full removal common? It used to be a slightly drooping arrow nose, and right now I have a columellar strut in place. If I do a full removal in this state, is the chance of the columella pulling upward high?.. Would full removal be too much? T_T Ugh, why did I even get my nose done..
