Nose Re-Surgery

Nose turning red, with a current-like tight feeling - could it be inflammation?

For about a week now, the glasses I had used well for years have started to feel painful, and my nose also seems to feel a bit lifted, so I got CT scans and consultations at four clinics, including the one where I had surgery. T_T At one place, when I described my symptoms, they said it seemed like the very early stage of contracture. At another, when I said I sometimes swell and my nose feels lifted, they said it looked like early contracture plus maybe my skin is sensitive. And at the original nose clinic, the one with the most experience, they said it was not contracture and that my nose was not actually lifted, so there is no problem with the nose. There was no inflammation visible on the CT, but my skin really had become much thinner.. My nose has always turned red easily when touched, but yesterday I did not squeeze or pop the skin or anything, just kneaded it a few times, and it stayed like that for a few hours.. T_T Today it feels about 20% red? Because I am naturally insensitive, after searching here I feel like there might be tenderness, and maybe a slight stinging, and maybe a faint tightness too, but I do not know if that is psychological or real. I am preparing for an exam right now, so I want to delay surgery as much as possible, but has anyone experienced similar symptoms? T_T
