The clinic was small, but first of all, there were a lot of decent reviews, so I visited.
It was Director ㄴㅇㅈ, and I did wait a bit past my reserved time, but it didn't matter much. It can't be helped if the previous consultation runs long.. Before visiting here, because of the clinics I had consulted at, I was in a state where I was unsure and confused about what on earth I should do to my eyes. First of all, the director was very friendly, and the surgeries he recommended were clear. But what made me a bit unsure about that clarity was that I was confused whether this was the seasoned judgment from the doctor’s experience, or whether he was thinking a bit less about my eyes, or whether it was a matter of aesthetic sense… Whether to do epicanthoplasty or not, whether to do incision or non-incisional buried sutures, the line, etc. Overall, the director had certainty about every decision.
Personally.. the line he designed for me felt really unfamiliar and uncertain, so I felt dazed, but that’s my issue because I’ve lived my whole life with monolids ㅠㅠ
The consultant was also soft-spoken, there was absolutely no pressure to book on the same day, and she was kind, so it was really fine.
I was also informed about the review-event price, and at least in the sense that I would personally be posting the review myself, my trust in the clinic went up. At the previous clinic, I had to submit photos to the clinic, and this is just my guess, but it seemed like the review wouldn’t be written by me but by them..
Also, I thought it was good that the director doesn’t overdo it by performing too many surgeries in a day, and the director also had quite a lot of experience, so this was a clinic I considered until the very end.
I really think I could have had surgery at this clinic. The reason I chose another clinic is… although the previous clinic made me confused and dazed, because of that, it made me think damn hard about myself and my eyes, so I’m planning to get another consultation there ㅠㅠ
