Hi! My dark circles are so severe, so I’m looking into under-eye fat repositioning. Is it that I don’t have enough fat under my eyes? ㅜㅜ I don’t think it’s protruding, but I look so, so tired.. Please recommend a clinic!! It would be nice if they specialize in under-eyes. Thank you
