I saw a photo online from a person on some blog, maybe Seo Sang-woo? After silicone removal, they had shaved the bridge hump area down so much that it turned square. If my nose ended up like that after removal too, I would honestly just want to kill the surgeon and go to hell, it is seriously so fking awful. When they remove silicone as a side effect, do they not even think about the shape of the nose and just grind it down that ruthlessly... It gives me chills, seriously.
