Nose Re-Surgery

It's been over 2 months since I had my nose implant removed

It's been over 2 months since I had my nose implant removed. I got really anxious about the nostril asymmetry, so I kept worrying about it, and at the one-month mark I went back to the clinic for a follow-up. They said it would gradually improve, but now the swelling is basically gone, the nose has gone even lower, and the nostril asymmetry is still the same.. I'm honestly so upset. I want to talk to the clinic again, but every time I mention that my face is asymmetrical, the way they say it makes it sound like there probably isn't a way to fix it. So I'm torn between just living like this and looking for a way to get aftercare. I live in the provinces, so it's not easy to go back, and even if I do get aftercare, I still have to work. This is driving me crazy.. Has anyone tried suturing the nasal tip cartilage? The clinic where I had it removed said they don't do suturing, but everything else is fine. The nostril asymmetry is just so severe that if this one thing could improve, I think I could live without worrying and be comfortable. The current swelling is almost completely gone, and my nasal tip still feels strange and numb when I touch it. Other than that, there is no foreign-body sensation and it's comfortable. Maybe because my nose had stretched and then shrank, my pores around the nose are a bit bad If you leave out the nostril asymmetry, the low bridge, and the pores, removal is so much better.
