I've been searching all over the internet for side effects, and now I'm looking into it with the resolve to never touch my nose again, but I somehow really hate the idea of putting anything into my nose now. Is it true that autologous dermis, AlloDerm, and MegaDerm are safe??? If I remove everything completely, I feel like my nose will disappear, lol. That worries me too.
