This is my third overall surgery. It’s a revision at the same hospital (meaning I’m distressed..) * I had a revision because my columella was crooked and my nasal septum was deviated
Yesterday I asked because my nostrils/columella seemed crooked, and they told me to come to the hospital. I had surgery on Friday, but they removed the splint on Tuesday.
The director says the surgery went well, but to my eyes, the columella and nostrils are crooked, the nasal bridge is crooked too, and my nose also looks too bulky.
Can you take a look and tell me how it seems? Could it be swelling?
It was autologous costal cartilage/artificial dermis. (They said autologous costal cartilage was the only option, and when I asked after the surgery, they said they did not put in silicone..)
