Over two and a half years, I’ve been on the operating table a total of 3 times: my primary surgery, revision surgery, and then removal surgery due to silicone inflammation ㅠ ㅠ After removing the silicone, I did think about just living as is, but now I’ve decided on a second revision because the cartilage is showing through at the nasal tip. Only the tip of my nose stands out like Pinocchio, so my nose looks very unnatural. While looking into various options, I saw donated dermis. As someone who had complications from silicone, I want to choose a safer option rather than using silicone again ㅠ I don’t think I can give up on the nasal bridge ㅠ Is there anyone who used donated dermis on the nasal bridge after removal surgery like me? I’m really curious about reviews

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
