Both the consultation manager and the doctor treated the patient rather rudely. They were stubborn about only their own opinion. They were openly bad-mouthing the hospital where I had my previous surgery, and it felt a bit like they had an attitude of superiority, so I thought that if the surgery went wrong, they might blame the patient. I already had ptosis correction, but they said to get ptosis correction again, so I visited several other hospitals, and they all said that if I had ptosis correction again, my eyes would look like a startled rabbit, and that the ptosis correction had already been done well. They also said there was not enough fat, so repositioning was not possible and that my double eyelid fold could be solved only with fat grafting, meaning I did not need double-eyelid surgery. I got fat grafting at another hospital, and the double fold really disappeared, the line became clear again like after double-eyelid surgery, and my eyes also seemed bigger like after ptosis correction. They could not accurately assess my eyes, and even though I told them I had already had these surgeries, they yelled that nothing had been done properly, and from the way they did not listen to what the patient said, I felt I would have been in big trouble if I had had surgery here. Also, I hope the consultation manager changes the way they laugh while speaking.
