I visited thinking I would not get surgery right away, but at least wanted a consultation, and the director kindly consulted with me even though he knew I was not going to have surgery. He was very proud of the square jaw area. I had a CT scan and waited a bit before the consultation, and he answered all my questions and explained everything kindly. When I left, he even gave me a book.
