Both the consultation manager and the director spoke in a calm, unhurried way, so I was able to ask about everything I was curious about without leaving anything out. They clearly explained the surgical method and how much improvement I could expect going forward, and they asked what I wanted first. Even with just the area I am currently thinking of as a complex, they said it could change a lot before and after, so I am mainly considering only the zygoma for now. (No pressure to leave a deposit either)
