I have two consultation experiences: one from three years ago and another from recently. Back then it was bustling, but recently it was quiet, maybe because of COVID. Everyone was kind during the consultations, so I ended up worrying more than I needed to. The doctor didn't recommend anything beyond what I wanted, and said exactly what needed to be said. The consultation manager made a new suggestion(?), so it ended with an open conclusion. In the end, I'm satisfied.
