Six years ago, because my long philtrum made me look older, I researched hard, narrowed it down to three places, and after consultations I had surgery here. As a result, I am happy with it. It is also a part of the face that is hard to imagine having surgery on, and in my case the swelling lasted a long time, but even so I am satisfied with the impression. It does not change the face all that much, but it makes you look younger and cuter somehow. The only disappointing thing is that, depending on the person, the scar seems to show. I went in knowing there would be some scar to accept, but it is still a disappointment.
