I went after booking a consultation, and the staff were all really kind, and the manager was also very kind. The consultation with the director was good too. Since the surgery cost felt a little burdensome, I went somewhere else, but that place felt unfriendly and chaotic, so the contrast was huge The price is the part I am worried about.
