Doctor said: Mini incision (2.5 cm), gas anesthesia, making the breast pocket not by burning it but by water pressure, full HD endoscope, implant insertion with a Keller funnel, absolutely no visible scar, absolutely no pain, and confident that I could go to work the next day. That is what they said, but I wondered whether there is really any breast surgery with no scar at all and absolutely no pain.
