I went for a consultation on a weekday, and even though I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment, I still had to wait about 15 minutes longer than my scheduled time before going in for the consultation. Classical music was playing while I waited. I first consulted with the director, and they first checked whether my eyes were the kind that would benefit from double eyelid surgery. They explained the principle of double eyelid surgery, or rather, the mechanics of it, in very detailed terms. They were extremely kind. Then I consulted with the manager, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit, and there was no consultation fee either. The manager also explained things kindly, but the disappointing part was that there were no review photos. If there had been review photos, I would have felt more certain, and that is what I am worried about.
