I made a reservation with the chief director because I wanted a consultation for revision eye surgery and went there. The consultation manager was really rude lol. Seriously, how can someone like that be a consultation manager? And the chief director too is the kind of person who rushes through consultations. Since it was revision surgery, it is natural to have a lot of questions, but it was so obvious that they found it annoying that I just got a rough consultation and left the hospital.
