I've been interested in plastic surgery, so I've visited countless clinics over the years, and among all the consultation managers here, that woman manager who looks the highest-ranking and seems to be in her late 30s or so is seriously unbelievably rude and has a disrespectful attitude toward customers lol She seems like the worst among all the plastic surgery clinic staff I've seen lol I'm really the type with a calm, gentle personality who hates causing trouble for others, so I absolutely never do anything to deserve being insulted first.. I swear there was no problem on my side I was young and probably looked easy to deal with, so it felt like she treated me even more casually... I still get really angry whenever I think about it Even now, thinking about it makes me so disgusted lol If I didn't feel so upset, I wouldn't have called my friend right after the consultation. I was so angry^^ Her expression was totally snotty, and she looked down on me like I was nothing, and I had gone there not long after getting a lower outer canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty at another clinic, but she talked like the surgery had completely failed, saying, "You had lower outer canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty??? It shows completely;; Are you satisfied with it;;;???;; It looks way better before surgery;;" (she didn't even know what my face looked like before surgery). And while looking at the current state of my face on the monitor, she made a huge fuss with something like, "Haaaaaah~~~!!" and acted all over the top; It was so offensive and embarrassing, and I felt like maybe my surgery really had failed, and my self-esteem just dropped and dropped, and I felt awful,,, and at that time I had only recently had surgery, and my original eyes were actually very large already, so there was no reason to react like that, and I just cannot understand why she would treat a customer so unpleasantly;; On top of that, I hadn't even gone there to ask about that area, but she kept talking only about the lower outer canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty She also somehow made it impossible for me to speak during the whole consultation,,?; I felt completely drained throughout the consultation, and honestly because it was the first time I had ever been treated like that, I was so flustered that I just sat there speechless and couldn't say anything, but I still regret that to this day,,^^ I really hope they stop hiring people without checking their character lol There were so many complaints and insults about that manager on this site alone, so I wonder if they don't even search.. Looks like I wasn't the only one who felt that way about her~ Also, she didn't even say goodbye when I left after the consultation, and basic manners were completely missing And the director, on the other hand, was extremely kind,, The surgical result was just so-so.. Oh, and the waiting time was way too long... If it's going to be that way, why even make appointment times;
