The consultation manager was nice and the doctor was nice too, but the woman at the front desk was so rude and snappy that I decided not to go through with the surgery.. If it hadn't been for her, I really would have booked right away. I wondered if she was just tired, but it was Saturday afternoon and there weren't even that many customers then, so what was she so unhappy about...? While I was waiting, I asked where the bathroom was because I was going to step out for a moment, and she sighed and snapped, "It'll be soon,";;; I still can't forget it... The consultation manager was really kind, but because of that female staff member before I went in, I felt so bad T_T The price range was good and everything else was good too, so it's a shame.
