The director only tells you what needs improvement and does not pressure you to add anything else. In fact, he said I did not have to do osteotomy if I was not concerned about it. I was surprised by how young he looked lol He also said I did not have to use an implant if I did not want to. The hump and the extra cost for osteotomy made it a bit more expensive.
