It has been about a year since I had inner-incision alar reduction. My nostrils became smaller from the alar reduction, but the nostrils themselves also got a bit smaller. After the alar reduction, the nasal wings look like they have drooped. I think I will need an additional alar lift. I think you need to take good care of it after the stitches are removed. I ended up with a scar at the incision site. The consultation staff and the doctor were kind ^^
