I had a consultation after deciding to think only about non-open rhinoplasty. The clinic was smaller than I expected and looked a bit old.. The good point was that it was done by a single doctor, which seemed nice, but when it came time to decide, I’m someone with a bulbous tip and a short nose, and there really weren’t any photos of cases that matched mine at all..
