I went in planning to have the nose tip cartilage tie, but I first consulted with the consultation manager rather than the director. They strongly said that alar reduction would be more effective for me, so I just had alar reduction surgery. At the time I did not know much, but thinking about it now, I do not understand why the consultant was the one deciding what I should have done... Still, I was in a hurry, so I did it here without even shopping around much, and I am somewhat satisfied. Since I took care of the scar diligently, there is not much scarring left.
