The manager was definitely kind and said it would be enough to improve only the problematic areas, which I liked because they did not recommend any extra surgery. However, the doctor also recommended the nasal tip together, so... I wondered if we were not communicating well? They kept emphasizing that my face has severe asymmetry and that this is a difficult surgery.. I was not sure what they meant, but I wish they had explained it a bit more specifically.
