I had alar reduction and MISKO 5 years ago. I'm very timid, so I did it under sleep anesthesia. Being able to do it with sleep anesthesia was one of the reasons I chose this place.. I like the result. I did it because I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, but the shape of my nostrils and the lower part of my nasal cavity did turn out a little differently from what I expected. Still, my impression looks more refined, so I'm satisfied. If I were to do it again, I might rather get silicone surgery lol (since they said it would reduce the alar area too)
