I went there because of nose surgery. In other posts, I saw a lot of comments saying they were unfriendly, so I went in expecting that to some extent, but they were kinder than I thought. But I don't think I really got the feeling that I absolutely had to have surgery there instead of at another plastic surgery clinic.
