My goal was only naturalness. I went for a consultation for a slightly raised, sharp-looking eye shape, thinking about canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery, but they recommended inner corner surgery instead of outer corner surgery. The doctor was kind, and for the first week after surgery I thought it had turned out well, but after some time passed, I noticed the double eyelid line had been made slightly uneven.. one side is higher. The inner corner surgery is also a little different on both sides, but my goal was naturalness, so even the unevenness feels natural, so I am just going to live with it as is.. haha
