I went for an eye consultation. I was thinking about revision double-eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, and from the consultation itself they took photos and looked at my pictures while explaining things. I felt it was systematic. Usually a lot of places do not take photos. Even though it was a revision, my eyes could still be done with buried sutures, and they said Glameye is the hospital's own method, and that they do non-incisional eye correction together. They did not recommend back-canthal surgery, and they recommended lower canthoplasty on only one side. I heard for the first time that back-canthal surgery could cause dry eyes and that it probably was not necessary... The only regret is that the consultation started long after the scheduled time.
