The staff took photos of my face and looked at them on a computer in the director's office. I could also see the photos taken earlier. So after the consultation I asked them to delete the photos, but they strongly said that absolutely could not be done; that upset me a bit there. I went in for a protruding mouth consultation, but they said I would also need cheekbone and jaw surgery and recommended unnecessary procedures.
