I had a three-part facial contouring surgery in July. Honestly, I had also consulted at every other plastic surgery clinic where there were much more famous, cheaper, and friendlier directors, but I never felt 'this is the one!' and was wandering around. Then a friend told me their satisfaction was high after having surgery here, so I visited once.
From the hospital building to the interior, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was kind of shabby.. There wasn't even equipment for a CT scan or simple tests, so I had to get those done at another clinic. There was also no post-op swelling management or skin care or anything like that. Compared with other famous places, I wondered why I should do it here.
Even so, despite the surgery fee being as much as twice as expensive as some of those well-equipped famous hospitals, the reason I chose this place was that it didn't feel factory-like. The director had a great deal of pride and confidence in his surgery and did not seem like someone who would irresponsibly treat a patient as just money and do a sloppy job, or ghost them. He seemed very humane.
In the end, I am extremely satisfied. The director, who has exceptional aesthetic judgment and outstanding skill, understood my needs and did exactly what I wanted, and I am truly grateful haha Since it's a secret from my acquaintances I can't promote the hospital, but borrowing the power of anonymity, I love Seoul Jeil.
