I had chin liposuction, and even though I booked the very first surgery slot, I arrived at 8:30 in the morning and did not go in for surgery until 11 o'clock.^^ I wonder why they told me to come so early. After the surgery, I came out and was lying there all alone with no explanation, and only after I asked did they finally ask whether I was leaving now and then gave me the ice pack and compression band. But when I got home, I saw what looked like a wound caused by the cannula, so I contacted the clinic. They said to come in person to check, so I went, and sure enough there was a scar from the cannula.^^.. The doctor apologized, saying it happened because he had been trying hard, and gave me ointment and supplies, and said they would do InMode treatment for me. Then during the final follow-up, they checked the appointment and even though it was a day the doctor was not working, he came in and looked at it. There is no scar now, but for about a month the scar would not go away, so I was emotionally stressed. Still, because they apologized right away and took a good look, the upset feeling about that part went away. I went there on a friend's recommendation.
