I am clearly paying money for a consultation, but the manager was acting as if they were someone important, drawing the line and saying that it was just sunscreen giving a white cast on the skin, yet telling me that because there was something in the eye, surgery would not be possible. It was frustrating because we could not communicate. The surgery the manager drew was a buried-suture method, but when the director touched my eyes and eyebrows, they said it had to be incision, so that made the credibility drop a bit.
