I had a consultation for facial liposuction. They honestly told me that because I have more bone than fat, even if I got it done the effect would not be very big. The manager said the same thing. Still, I got it done thinking there would be at least some effect, and I was reasonably satisfied. As they said during the consultation, because my bones are large, it was not dramatic.
