Honestly, the face liposuction effect was not that great, just a little came off. Of course, I had it done 1 to 2 years ago, so it could be different now. The director was kind, but they did a lot of other procedures too, not just facial liposuction. The anesthesia felt a bit harsh. The effect itself was more like line refinement than something very dramatic.
