I went because of an event, and it was cheap, that part was true. But they kept saying that thread lifting was essential, even though another hospital had never brought it up during consultation, and kept saying that if I did not do it together I would definitely sag. (In the end, I did it at another hospital and did not sag..) If you do not add the threads, it does seem cheap.
