It has been about 3 years since the surgery, and my double chin is completely gone and staying gone. What is a little disappointing is that I already had a lot of cheek fat, so it did not slim down enough for my jawline to be clearly visible.. They said they would do aftercare/revision if needed, but I do not think there is any reason to get it at the same clinic, so I am planning to have revision surgery at another clinic.
