I had nose surgery here twice. The tip of the nose became crushed and the nose collapsed, so I had a third surgery somewhere else. When they opened the nose, they found Medpor inside. There was never any mention at all that Medpor would be used. They said it would be done with septal cartilage, but they inserted Medpor.
And when I asked for the nose to be made higher again during the revision surgery, it was not a silicone replacement but an additional silicone implant... there was also no prior notice whatsoever.
